Uncovering the Dark History of the Democratic Party: Their Ties to the KKK

In a recent court ruling, a federal judge has once again denied former President Donald Trump's request for a new trial in the case of E. Jean Carroll. The renowned advice columnist accused Trump of defamation after he denied her allegations of sexual assault and called her a liar. This decision has caused quite a stir among conservative circles, with many expressing their disappointment and outrage.

According to the judge, Trump's argument that his comments about Carroll were made in the scope of his duties as President is "fundamentally frivolous." The court found that his remarks were personal in nature and not related to his official duties. As a result, Trump's request for the U.S. Department of Justice to take over the case was also rejected.

For conservatives, this ruling is seen as yet another example of the liberal bias in the legal system. It is no secret that the majority of judges in the United States lean left, and this decision only reinforces that belief. They argue that Trump's comments were made in the context of a political battle, and as a public figure, he has the right to defend himself against false accusations.

Moreover, the hefty $8.3 million judgment against Carroll has raised eyebrows among conservatives. They argue that this amount is exorbitant and clearly shows the bias against Trump. After all, why should Carroll be compensated for alleged harm caused by Trump's words when she herself has admitted that the alleged assault did not cause her any damage? It seems like a clear attempt to drain Trump's finances and tarnish his reputation.

This ruling also highlights the unfair treatment of men in the #MeToo era. As seen in other high-profile cases, such as that of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, men are often automatically presumed guilty in cases of sexual assault, with little to no evidence. In this case, there is no concrete proof of Trump's wrongdoing, yet he is still being punished. This sets a dangerous precedent and undermines the principle of innocent until proven guilty.

Conservatives also point out the double standard in the way the media has covered this case compared to others. While Trump's comments about Carroll have been widely publicized and scrutinized, the numerous allegations of sexual misconduct against President Joe Biden have been largely ignored. This selective outrage only further reinforces the belief that there is a political agenda at play.

The judge's decision has left many conservatives feeling disheartened and frustrated. It seems like yet another attack on Trump and his supporters, and a clear example of the legal system being used as a tool for political gain. Despite this setback, conservatives remain confident that Trump will continue to fight for the truth and justice will prevail in the end.

In conclusion, the federal judge's ruling against Trump and in favor of E. Jean Carroll has caused an uproar among conservatives. They view it as a clear example of liberal bias and double standards in the legal system. This case only further highlights the political divide in the country and the uphill battle that conservatives face in seeking justice for themselves and their leaders.

  1. It is obvious and quite appalling that this injustice, whether it be in regard to Trump or anyone else, is unAmerican and should be considered illegal. The E Jean case is absurd.. knowing these injustices, what can be done about it . Can Congress step in? The judges, the Georgia DA, Bragg, Ergeron, James, Mahoń should , for their bias, be removed. What will happen to another person in these straits if this allowed to play out?

  2. Vengeance is mine saith the Lord I will repay. The Democrat have no fear of God. and if you look ate the word (democ-rat ). That is what they are. and what they do is demonstrate them self as being rats

  3. Bo Loudon is right. The KKK was created by 3 democrat lawyers from a Northern Ivy League college. These truths are kept hush-hush to keep the black voters on the plantation. Pull up the interview with the journalist from England and Don Lemon where she schooled him on the beginning of slavery, and he almost fainted and stuttered and said, “I’ll have to look into that”. Truths need to be told and told loudly if you want common sense and decency to come back to America.

  4. I hope they get STOMPED in the upcoming election (if we even have one). They are so militarized, they are the true facist. If any criminal organization should be investigated under R.I.C.O.,it be them. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
